LimoSphere replaces the stack a chauffeur operator normally runs — a reservation system, a dispatch board, a driver app, a passenger app, a booking widget on the website, a payment processor, an invoicing tool and an affiliate exchange — with one platform. It runs entirely in the browser, with native iOS and Android apps for chauffeurs and passengers.

**Does LimoSphere take a cut of each ride?** No. There is no commission on any fare and no per-trip fee on standard plans.

**Do I keep my own payment processor?** Yes. You connect your own Stripe account and keep your own negotiated rate. LimoSphere is not your merchant of record and does not hold your settlements.

**Can I migrate from Limo Anywhere or another platform?** Yes. Migration is guided: LimoSphere moves customers, vehicle types, rate cards and upcoming reservations, and both systems run in parallel through a cutover week. Most operators are dispatching from LimoSphere within days.

**Is there a branded passenger app?** Yes. The passenger app is included from the Scale plan, and on Empire it is published fully white-labelled under your own name in the App Store and Google Play.

**Does it handle airport work?** Yes. Flight tracking is included on paid plans, and a delayed arrival automatically moves the pickup on the dispatch board.
