- Historical data such as ride history, past reservations, and associated charges.

3. SMS Communications & Express Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications from Limosphere, you provide express consent to receive transactional, operational, informational, and support-related text messages.
- Message Scope: These texts may include booking confirmations, urgent dispatch updates, driver assignment alerts, MFA verification codes, and critical account notifications.
- Rates and Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your platform usage. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
- Opt-Out Protocol: You retain the right to revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to immediately unsubscribe, or reply HELP for automated assistance.
- Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, dropped, or undelivered messages resulting from network instability.
- Strict No-Sale Policy: Under no circumstances will your mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, phone number, or personal information be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We utilize global networking solutions provided by GNet/GRID to facilitate cross-platform dispatch coordination, affiliate networking, and operational messaging. Only necessary trip and operational data is securely transmitted to fulfill farm-out services.
7. Data Retention Protocols
We retain your data only for as long as is commercially reasonable and legally required. Retention periods are dictated by the necessity to provide continuous Services, maintain accurate financial records for tax purposes, resolve legal disputes, and enforce our binding agreements. Limosphere categorically disclaims all liability for driver misconduct, poor ride quality, schedule delays, unsafe vehicle conditions, passenger disputes, vehicular accidents, or a transportation provider's failure to adhere to local compliance laws.
12. Children's Privacy
Our platform is built strictly for commercial business use. The Services are not directed toward, nor intended for, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from minors.
